Interested in fishing in Michigan and on the Great Lakes?
Join Metro West Steelheaders to learn about fishing in Michigan, Ohio and Canadian waters. Seminars, speakers and crafts cover fishing techniques for steelhead, salmon, brown, lake trout, walleye, and perch. The Club teaches members and friends about conservation of Michigan's natural resources. Special projects including sending young people to MUCC camp (75 in 10 years), Clinton River Watershed Council, Huron River Watershed Council, Great Lake University and teaching the public about fishing and conservation.
Come visit the Club and have fun fishing with some very knowledgeable people. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Tuesday of each month (except July) at the Livonia Civic Park Senior Center, 15218 Farmington Rd., Livonia Michigan, 48154 (S/E Corner of Farmington Rd. & 5 Mile).
The public is invited. Come visit and bring a friend.
As a member you will receive monthly Club Newsletters, a Discount Card and six Great Lakes Sports Fishing newspapers (that tell you more about our Michigan fishery), free July Club Picnic and free Christmas Party for the family – including a visit from Santa for the kids.
